Deferred Share Bonus Plan
TT Electronics plc (the "Company") announces that conditional awards of ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") were granted on 14 March 2022 under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan to the Executive Directors of the Company.
In accordance with the Remuneration Policy, 20 per cent of the 2021 short-term incentive award to the Executive Directors is deferred into Shares. The award will vest on the second anniversary.

No consideration was payable for the grant of awards.
Awards are subject to malus and clawback provisions.
