Trading Update and Directorate Changes
Belgravium Technologies plc (the "Company") announces that it will be releasing its results for year ended 31 December 2012 on 6 March 2013. The results are expected to be in line with current market expectations.
The Board has initiated a program of cost reductions which will produce profit improvement in the current year. As part of that program Mr RD McDougall has resigned as a non-executive Director with immediate effect and Mr CF Phillips, currently an executive director, will become non-executive director while remaining Company Secretary. The Board wishes to thank Mr McDougall for 14 years of outstanding service to the Belgravium Group and to Mr Phillips for accepting his new role.
