Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), a supplier securing the logistics of people and product to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that it has been informed that on 24 February 2026, Lynden Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 250,000 shares at price of 65 pence per share and that on 11 February 2026 he purchased 383 shares at a price of 65 pence per share.
Following these purchases Mr Jones holds 319,248 shares in the Company representing approximately 4% per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital.
