Board Changes

Tarsus Group plc (LSE: TRS, "Tarsus" or "the Group"), the international business-to-business media group, is pleased to announce the appointment to its Board of Keith Mansfield as a non-executive director. Keith will become a member of the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination and Disclosure Committees and will assume the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee after the conclusion of the AGM of the Company to be held on 21 June 2018.

Keith is a chartered accountant with extensive experience leading significant international transactions. He has been a partner at PwC for 22 years and served as PwC's London Regional Chairman for seven years. Keith will be leaving PwC at the end of 2018.

Tarsus also announces that Tim Haywood will be stepping down from the Board at the end of the AGM to be held on 21 June 2018. Tim has been a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company since 2014.

In relation to Keith Mansfield's appointment as a non-executive director, no further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
