Appointment of new Group Finance Director
Tarsus ('Tarsus' or 'the Group'), the international business-to-business media group with interests in exhibitions, conferences, publishing and online media is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashley Milton to the Board as Group Finance Director with immediate effect.
Ashley spent nearly 8 years at Aegis Group plc as CFO of Aegis Media and previously as deputy Group Finance Director. Prior to joining Aegis he spent 10 years in the Media and Entertainment division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He qualified as an ACA in 1994.

The Company confirms that there is no further information required by Listing Rule 9.6.13R to be disclosed in relation to Ashley Milton.
