Appointment of new Non-Executive Director
Tarsus ('Tarsus' or 'the Group'), the international business-to-business media group with interests in exhibitions, conferences, publishing and online media is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Keenan, 47, to the Board as a non-executive director. He will be a member of Tarsus' Audit, Remuneration, Disclosure and Nomination Committees.
With over 25 years experience in the UK and Irish markets, Paul has developed a reputation as one of Ireland's leading corporate finance advisers, specialising in advising companies to successfully grow their businesses.
Since 1994, Paul has been partner and head of Corporate Finance at BDO Simpson Xavier, one of the leading accountancy firms in Ireland. Between 2005 and 2008, Paul served a three year term as Managing Partner of BDO Simpson Xavier.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Paul also acts as a non-executive director to BES Management Ltd, a joint venture between Davy Stockbrokers (one of the leading stockbrokers in Ireland) and BDO Simpson Xavier which manages expansion funds for Irish businesses.
