PDMR Shareholding

Tarsus Group plc announces that on 10 June 2009, a SIPP managed on behalf of Mr Douglas Emslie, Group Managing Director, has purchased 17,647 ordinary shares of 5p each of Tarsus Group plc at a price of 102p per share. 

Mr Emslie's beneficial interest in Tarsus shares now totals 801,432 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.29 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

This represents Mr Emslie's direct interest in shares in the Company and is in addition to the shares held by the Tarsus Share Incentive Plan in which Mr Emslie is interested, and options held by Mr Emslie.
