PDMR SHAREHOLDING

On 21 November 2008 Neville Buch, Executive Chairman of Tarsus Group plc and Douglas Emslie, Group Managing Director of Tarsus Group plc, each purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company (representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the current issued share capital) in their own names at a price of 81.25p.

Following the purchase Mr Buch is interested in 8,957,328 ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately 14.5 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Of the Tarsus shares held by Mr Buch, 277,322 are owned by Owlcastle Limited, a company in which Mr Buch has a 50 per cent beneficial interest. Mr Buch's total shareholding does not include any share held by his immediate family.

Following the purchase the aggregate holding of Mr Emslie is 783,785 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.27 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

For the avoidance of doubt the above interests do not include any interests under options or share incentive plans.
