TRANSFER AND CANCELLATION OF DEFERRED SHARES
SHARE CAPITAL
Trident Resources plc (to be renamed Trident Royalties plc), announces that further to the announcement made by the Company on 4 May 2020 and in accordance with the provisions of its articles of association, 3,000,000 deferred shares of £0.01, being all of the outstanding deferred shares held by deferred shareholders have been transferred to the Company for nil consideration and cancelled on 2 June 2020.
The Company announces in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 that as at 2 June 2020, the Company's issued share capital consists of 103,500,00 ordinary shares of £0.01 ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
