Trinity Exploration & Production plc (AIM: TRIN), the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that today, 7 December 2021, Jeremy Bridglalsingh, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 5,000 shares in the Company at a price of GBP1.32 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Bridglalsingh is interested in 52,836 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.135% per cent of the issued share capital (voting rights), of the Company as per the following table:
