Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1, the Company announces that the total number of ordinary shares in issue as at 30 December 2011 consists of 106,867,708, with a nominal value ofΒ 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"); therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 106,867,708. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
