The Company advises that Neil Chapman,Ā SeniorĀ IndependentĀ Non-Executive Director for Trifast,Ā purchased 100,000 ordinary shares on Wednesday 17 June at a price ofĀ 21.5pĀ per share.
Following the above acquisition, Mr Chapman is now interested inĀ 320,000Ā ordinary shares of the Company.
