Director Shareholding
Notification under paragraphs 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company advises that Neil Chapman, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director for Trifast, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares on Wednesday 17 June at a price of 21.5p per share.
Following the above acquisition, Mr Chapman is now interested in 320,000 ordinary shares of the Company.
