The Company advises that Neil Chapman,Β SeniorΒ IndependentΒ Non-Executive Director for Trifast,Β purchased 100,000 ordinary shares on Wednesday 17 June at a price ofΒ 21.5pΒ per share.
Following the above acquisition, Mr Chapman is now interested inΒ 320,000Β ordinary shares of the Company.
