Trifast PLC17 August 2007 INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT Trifast plc is today publishing its first Interim Management Statement asrequired by the revised Listing Authority's disclosure rules. During the first quarter ended 30/6/2007, the Group continued to seeimprovements in sales from our Asian operations, and our businesses in America,UK and Europe were in line with management expectations as anticipated. New projects under review are business development operations in Poland andIndia; the Management Team will report on progress on both businessopportunities this financial year. Overall the Board is satisfied with the Group's performance in the first quarterand foresees no significant change as reported in the Trifast plc results forthe year ending 31st March 2007.
