Annual Information Update
The Company's Report & Accounts for year ended 31 March 2009 was posted to shareholders on 13 August 2009.
A copy of the Report and Accounts document has also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority. Further copies are available on request from the Company Secretary, Trifast PLC, Trifast House, Bellbrook Park, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1QW or from the Group website (www.trifast.com).
Under Prospectus Rule 5.2 all information which has been made available to the public by the Company over the previous 12 months in the UK (being the Company's Home State), which is required pursuant to this Rule, is outlined below. In order to avoid an unnecessarily lengthy document, information is referred to in this update rather than included in full.
