Availability of 2021 Annual Report and Accounts
Monday 28 June 2021: the following documents have been mailed by either electronic means or posted to those who elected hard copies to registered shareholders of the Company as at 23 June 2021:
· 2021 Annual Report and Accounts
· Notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting; and
· Proxy Form for the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
The 2021 Annual Report, available on the Company website, can also be obtained by writing to: The Company Secretary, Trifast plc, Trifast House, Bellbrook Park, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 1QW or email as detailed below. In addition, the Annual Report can be viewed on the Company website. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 a copy of each of the above documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism
