Triad Group Plc27 July 2005 Triad Group Plc ("the Company") Director Shareholding Ian Haynes, an excutive director of Triad Group Plc, has notified the Companythat he has today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company,representing 0.33% of the issued share capital of the Company. Following thisnotification Mr Haynes is interested in 305,000 shares, representing 2.01% ofthe issued share capital of the Company. The shares were purchased at thefollowing prices: 25,000 at 39.0p per share and 25,000 at 41.0p per share. The shares have been purchased through Mr Haynes' SIPP.
