Trinity Capital PLC22 May 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Trinity Capital PLC Expansion of Indian Management Team Trinity Capital PLC ("Trinity"), the Indian property fund established to investin real estate and real estate related entities across India, is pleased toannounce that Trikona Advisors ("Trikona"), the manager of the fund hasappointed Srinivasa Murty, Suresh Naik, and Aditya Bhargava with immediateeffect. Welcoming the appointments, Aashish Kalra, Managing Director of Trikona, said:"Since the IPO in April, we have made excellent progress in developing andexpanding our pipeline of investment opportunities. The arrival of Srini, Sureshand Aditya is therefore well timed as we seek to move these projects to the nextstage. Srinivasa Murty, who joins Trikona as a Senior Adviser, is based in Mumbai andhas extensive experience of the Indian institutional real estate sector. Priorto joining Trikona, Mr Murty worked for Hindustan Lever (Unilever India) wherehe was responsible for building and heading the Group's real estate strategy andproperty development division, which had an asset portfolio valued at over $200million. Suresh Naik joins Trikona as a Vice President. Previously, Mr Naik worked forING Vysya Bank, the ING Group entity in India. During his time at ING Vysya, MrNaik was head of the bank's Property Management Division. Prior to that Sureshwas a part of the founding team at Hindustan Lever's Real Estate Division withMr Murty, where he gained extensive experience of managing large landtransactions, development projects and formulating, managing and executing jointventure arrangements with reputed Indian real estate players, including Tatasand Hiranandanis. Aditya Bhargava also joins Trikona as a Vice President from YES Bank, wherehe had oversight for Investment Banking activities in Northern India. He led thebank's first IPO as a book running lead manager, and the bank's first privateequity transaction. Additionally, Mr Bhargava has worked on a range oftransactions including private equity investment in the real estate/tourismsector. He was previously with Delphi Corporation in Troy, Michigan where heworked on the first proposed industrial REIT public offering. Mr Bhargava hasfurther assisted companies with their expansion plans, including negotiatingland acquisitions with local regulatory authorities in India.
