APPOINTMENT OF ADVISERS
Further to its announcement on 10 December 2009 of the giving of notice to terminate its Portfolio Management Agreement (the "PMA") with Trikona Advisers Limited, Trikona Trinity Capital PLC (AIM:TRC) (the "Company") announces that it has appointed Rothschild (as lead adviser) and DTZ (as co-adviser) to assist the Company on the selection and appointment of a replacement portfolio manager who would be suitably qualified to implement the revised investment policy of the Company adopted in March 2009. Any such appointment will only take place subsequent to the termination of the PMA, which will occur on 16 March 2010.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
