Tribal Group PLC19 April 2007 Result of EGM19 April 2007 Tribal Group plc ("Tribal") Result of EGM for the disposal of Mercury Health Holdings Limited Tribal announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of its members ("EGM") held today, 19 April 2007, shareholders approved the resolution on ashow of hands approving the sale of Mercury Health Holdings Limited. It isexpected that completion of the sale will take place on 20 April 2007, subjectto the satisfaction or waiver of the remaining conditions to completion of thesale. A further announcement will be made when completion has occurred.
