On 20 June 2014, options granted in 2011 under the Tribal Group Long Term Incentive Plan vested following the satisfaction of certain performance criteria. In total options over 1,526,115 shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") vested representing approximately 50.6% of the Ordinary Shares over which options were granted in 2011.

Pursuant to this vesting, Chief Executive Keith Evans and Group Finance Director Steve Breach each received 515,769 Ordinary Shares. Subsequently Mr. Evans and Mr. Breach each sold 515,769 Ordinary Shares at a price of 184.75p per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Mr. Evans holds 534,822 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.56% of the Company's issued share capital, and Mr. Breach holds 277,083 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.29% of Tribal's issued share capital.
