Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tribal, a leading provider of software services to the international education market, announces that on 23 May 2024 there was an automatic exercise of 321,429 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the Company LTIP Plan ("the Plan") by Mark Pickett. The options relate to grants made in 2020 and are subject to automatic exercise following the anniversary of the grant and the achievement of certain predefined performance conditions in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
On 24 May 2024 there was an automatic exercise of 178,667 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the Plan by Chloe Payne.
Following the option exercises, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 213,079,175 ordinary shares of 5p each, with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 213,079,175. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
