Board changes

Tribal Group plc announces the following board changes.

Chairman

Richard Last joins the Company as Chairman and Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect, in succession to John Ormerod, who has decided to stand down, having served as Chairman of the Company for over five years. John will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director until the end of the calendar year.

Richard brings extensive public company board experience, particularly in the technology and communications sectors. He is currently Chairman and Non-Executive Director of fully listed Servelec Group plc, a technology group and AIM listed Gamma Communications plc, a communications group. In addition, Richard is currently Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the British Smaller Companies VCT 2 plc, Arcontech Group plc, and Lighthouse Group plc, and Non-Executive Director of Corero Network Security plc together with a number of private companies. Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).

Non-Executive Director

Katherine Innes Ker, having served as Non-Executive Director of the Company for seven years, has decided to stand down from the Board. Katherine also served as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Roger McDowell has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, effective immediately. Roger brings a wealth of experience as a highly successful businessman and entrepreneur, with a strong record of driving shareholder value and serving on the boards of public companies. He was Managing Director of Oliver Ashworth for eighteen years before its sale to St. Gobain. He is currently serving as Non-Executive Chairman of Avingtrans plc, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Servelec Group plc and is also a Non-Executive Director of Premier Technical Services Group plc, Proteome Sciences plc, Swallowfield plc and IS Solutions plc.

John Ormerod commented:

"After six years on the Board, and as Chairman since 2010, it is now the right time for me to stand down and pass the baton to Richard Last, who, along with his fellow directors, will help guide the Company forward. Richard Last commented:

Richard Last will continue the process of the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer.
