Result of AGM
Tribal (AIM: TRB), a leading provider of software services to the international education market, announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held yesterday, Ordinary Resolutions 1-9 and Special Resolution 12 were duly passed. Special Resolutions 10 and 11 were not passed.
The Company has engaged with the relevant shareholder to understand their concerns around approving these resolutions. The Company remains in active and positive dialogue with the shareholder.
