Tribal Group plc ("the Company")

Additional Listing

Application has been made for the admission of 700,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in Tribal Group plc (the "New Tribal Shares") to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. 

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Tribal Group plc's Long Term Incentive Plan 2001 (as amended on 19 September 2003) (100,000 shares), Tribal Holdings Limited Employee Share Option Approved Scheme (500,000 shares) and Tribal Holdings Limited Employee Share Option Unapproved Scheme (100,000 shares).

These shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.
