Application has been made for the admission ofΒ 700,000Β new ordinary shares of 5p each in Tribal Group plc (the "New Tribal Shares") to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.Β

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Tribal Group plc's Long Term Incentive Plan 2001 (as amended on 19 September 2003)Β (100,000 shares),Β Tribal Holdings Limited Employee Share Option Approved SchemeΒ (500,000 shares)Β and Tribal Holdings Limited EmployeeΒ Share Option Unapproved SchemeΒ (100,000 shares).
These shares will rank pari passu with theΒ Company'sΒ existing issued ordinary shares.
