Tribal Group PLC06 November 2006 Tribal Group plc 6 November 2006 Application has been made for the admission of 818,697 new ordinary shares of 5peach in Tribal Group plc (the "New Tribal Shares") to the Official List of theUK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The New Tribal Shares have been issued by way of further consideration pursuantto earn-out arrangement in respect of the acquisition of Network TrainingPublishing Services Limited. This acquisition was originally announced in May 2001. Save as set out above,there has been no significant change affecting the matters contained in theearlier announcement and no other significant matter has arisen in respect ofthis acquisition which would require further announcement. The New Tribal Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existingordinary shares and it is expected that trading will commence on 8 November2006.
