Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM:TRAK), the global telematics and data insight provider, has been notified that on 28 November 2022, 831 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were sold on behalf of, but without instruction from, John Watkins, Executive Chairman of the Company at a price of 14.1 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this sale, Mr Watkins re-purchased 831 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14.9 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Mr Watkins remains unchanged.
