Award of Options
Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), the global telematics and data insight provider, announces that the Company granted on 18 November 2021 a total of 450,000 options (the "Options") over ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to certain directors and employees of the Company under its existing share option plan. This is a routine grant to existing directors and employees as part of the Company's compensation policy. The Options granted have an exercise price of 27.0p (being the mid-market closing price of an Ordinary Share on 17 November 2021), with a 10-year life and vest on 18 November 2024.
The Company's share option plan allows for the issue of up to 12% of the issued share capital by way of options and following this grant a total of 11.3% of the Company's issued share capital will have been granted as options.
