Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), the global telematics and data insight provider today announces that Jon Furber intends to step down from the Board effective 30th September 2021 having served on the Board as Chief Financial Officer for over 4 years. Jon has decided to return to private equity back business.
In addition, the Company announces the appointment, effective 1st October 2021, of Jonathan ("Jon") Edwards as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Board Director, subject to the usual regulatory approvals.
Jon has been employed by the Group for over 14 years, for many of those years as the Group Financial Controller and more recently as Group Operations Director. During the period to 30th September the time will be used to facilitate a smooth handover of responsibilities.
