Director Change - Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), announces that William (Bill) Duffy, Non-Executive Director has decided to step down from the Board with immediate effect to pursue other interests.

John Watkins, Chairman, said "I would like to thank Bill for four years of service to the Company. I and all my Colleagues have hugely appreciated his insight and commitment to the Company. It has been a great pleasure to work alongside him and we wish him well for the future."
