Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), the global telematics and data insight provider, announces that, on 30 June 2020 and 1 July 2020, Nadeem Raza*, a director of the Company and CEO and principal shareholder of Microlise Group Holdings Limited, purchased 322,304 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 15.69 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Nadeem Raza is beneficially interested in 600,926 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.20% of the Company's issued share capital.

*Nadeem Raza is the CEO and principal shareholder in Microlise Group Holdings Limited which holds 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Trakm8 Holdings plc.
