Director shareholding
The Company (AIM: TRAC), which specialises in the development of wireless, Internet-of-Things (IoT) based solutions for the remote tracking, monitoring and protection of a variety of assets, announces the following update regarding the shareholding of Avi Hartmann, CEO of the Company.
On 1 October 2021, it was announced that Avi Hartmann acquired 1,218,000 (9,744,000 pre share consolidation) ordinary shares in the Company from t42 colleagues as a result of their conversion of loan notes ("Loan Notes") into ordinary shares of the Company (the "Acquisition Shares"). Mr. Hartmann entered into a share pledge over the Acquisition Shares at the same time but his total beneficial shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 5,381,528 ordinary shares, representing approximately 10.25% of the issued share capital.
It was also agreed that in addition to acquiring the Acquisition Shares, Avi Hartmann would acquire 200,000 of the warrants that were issued as part of the terms of the Loan Notes, the details of which were announced on 25 March 2020. Accordingly, Avi Hartman is interested in a total 200,000 warrants over new ordinary shares in the Company, exercisable at 12p per share and which expire on 24 March 2022.
