PDMR dealing
The Panoply (AIM: TPX), a digitally native technology-enabled services company, announces that it has been notified that Neal Gandhi, CEO, and Oliver Rigby, CFO, have each transferred respectively 323,529 and 58,823 ordinary shares (the "Donor Shares") to Founders Pledge (Founders for Good UK Ltd charity number 1162201) ("FP"). The Donor Shares have been transferred at nil consideration and have a value of approximately £275,000 and £50,000 respectively based on the closing mid-price of 85 pence on 10 January 2020, being the last practical date prior to the transfer.
FP is an English registered charity which receives and administers charitable gifts, and reviews and distributes grants to qualified organisations suggested by donors. The transfer of the Donor Shares is in line with The Panoply's socially conscious values, and on a similar basis to the transfer made at admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM and set out in the Company's Admission Document. The Donor Shares are subject to an orderly market agreement until 4 December 2020.
Following the transfers of the Donor Shares, Neal Gandhi remains interested in 9,463,355 ordinary shares in The Panoply, representing approximately 19.24% of the total shareholding in the Company Oliver Rigby remains interested in 5,066,107 ordinary shares in The Panoply, representing approximately 10.30% of the total shareholding in the Company.
