PDMR Transaction
The Company has received notice that, on Thursday, 26 May 2022, Robert Parker, Stephen Hopson, Richard Carter, Timothy Tatlock, Linda Sleath and Daniel Little, each a PDMR, were awarded nil-cost share options in respect of ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below, in accordance with the rules of the Topps Tiles 2013 Long Term Incentive Plan. The Vesting of each award is subject to the satisfaction of the performance condition that EPS as stated in the Company's accounts for the 2023/24 financial period excluding exceptional items and subject to such adjustments as the Board in its discretion determines are fair and reasonable, is between 4.38 pence per share for vesting at 10% and 7.85 pence per share for vesting at 100%.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
