Topps Tiles plc ("Topps" or the "Company")

Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified by the trustee of the Topps Tiles Plc Share Incentive Plan the Yorkshire Building Society (the "Trustees"), that on 14 September 2015 the following Directors acquired ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in Topps Tiles Plc ("Ordinary Shares") under the Partnership Shares element of the Topps Tiles Plc Share Incentive Plan at a price of 149.945 pence per Ordinary Share. The transactions for the Partnership Shares took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Matthew Williams will now hold 1,715,986 Ordinary Shares representing 0.89% of the issued share capital of the Company. As a result the combined holding of Matthew Williams and Lucia Williams, spouse of Matthew Williams and a connected person, is 1,748,986 Ordinary Shares representing 0.90% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Furthermore the Company has been notified by Rob Parker that he has transferred 102,738 shares to Danielle Parker spouse of Rob Parker and a connected person. No consideration was paid for the transfer. Following the transfer and acquisition of shares Rob Parker will now hold 101,470 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company and the combined holding of Rob Parker and Danielle Parker, a connected person, will be 204,208 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
