Topps Tiles Plc (LSE: TPT) (the "Company"), the UK's leading tile specialist, announces that it has today published its annual report and accounts for the 52 weeks ended 27 September 2025 (the "2025 ARA") and notice of its next Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") (the "Notice").

The 2025 ARA and the Notice are available, on the Company's website at http://www.toppsgroup.com/. Copies of the 2025 ARA and the Notice will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. 

 The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 15 January 2026 at 9.30 a.m. at the Marriott Hotel, Smith Way, Grove Park, Leicester, LE19 1SW.
