DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
Titon Holdings Plc ("the Company") has today been informed that Mr Tyson Neil Anderson, a Director of the Company, has inherited 1,250 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the death of a relative.
Following this transaction, Mr Anderson's beneficial interest in the Company's is 193,750 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.84 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
