Titon Holdings plc (the "Company"), announces that it was informed that Mr K Sargeant, Non-executive Director of the Company, on 10th April 2019 purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 140 pence each. Following this purchase, the total beneficial interest of Mr K Sargeant and persons closely associated with him is 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
