Director/PDMR Shareholding
TomCo announces that Mr Andrew Jones, the Company's Executive Chairman, on 27 April 2018, purchased 5,150 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.0380 per Ordinary Share and today purchased 2,520 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.0373 per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Jones' total interest in the Company is 7,670 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
