PDMR Dealing

On 14 November 2012 the Company issued 1,183,934 consideration shares in respect of the acquisition of The DDG Network Limited together with Double D Management LLP, ("Snowball"), to Damian Bentley and his wife. Damian Bentley is Managing Director of Tangent Snowball Limited.

As a result of this transaction Damian Bentley, together with his wife, has a beneficial interest in 2,160,573 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Tangent which represents approximately 0.77% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, as defined in the announcement released on 14 November 2012.
