Tangent was notified on 4th December 2010 that on 3rd December 2010 Alan Smith, who is a Non-executive director of Tangent, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in Tangent at a price of 5 pence per share.
After the transaction Alan Smith held an interest in 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Tangent which represents approximately 0.14% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
