Issue of Equity and Director's dealing
Tangent has today made application for a total of 4,158,333 ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares have been issued under the terms of the agreement, completed on 11 July 2006, to acquire the marketing technology company C360 UK Limited ("C360"), this represents the final payment due in respect of that acquisition.
Admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM is expected to become effective at 8.00am on 20 August 2010 (the "Admission").
On Admission of the New Shares, the total number of shares in Tangent will be 174,691,835. The Company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 174,691,835. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. In addition, Tangent has received today notification that, subsequent to allotment of the New Shares, the beneficial interests of Nicholas Gillett and Greg Jackson on Admission in the issued share capital of Tangent will be as follows:
