Tangent Communications plc board appointment
Tangent (AIM: TNG) the technology-led digital marketing company,, is pleased to announce that Greg Sean Jackson (age 36) has been appointed to the board as executive director with responsibility for online strategy with immediate effect.
Greg co-founded the data-driven agency C360 UK Ltd in 2003, which was acquired by Tangent in 2006. He is a graduate of Cambridge University, and his career prior to C360 included running a database business, being a Brand Manager at Procter and Gamble and writing high performance software.
Greg is currently a director of Tangent Labs Limited (formerly named C360 UK Limited) and Real Meals Limited. Within the past five years he has been a director of Bling Bling W6 Limited, RMS Data Limited, Baltimore Commerce Limited, Bluebay Investments Limited, 247 DM Limited (formerly named Host Direct Limited) and Host Data Services Limited.
Host Data Services Limited was put into administration in September 2003 and 247 DM Limited (formerly named Host Direct Limited) was put into administration in September 2004. 247 DM Limited has now been dissolved.
Greg owns 8,597,188 ordinary shares in Tangent.
No further disclosures are required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
