EBT Share Dealing

The MISSION Group plc (AIM: TMG), creator of Work That Counts comprising a network of 17 Agencies delivering real, sustainable growth for its Clients, announces that it was informed by the Trustee of The Mission Marketing Group Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") on 13 July 2022 that the EBT acquired 26,550 shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 56.50 pence per share, on 12 July 2022, and a further 26,085 shares at a price of 57.50p on 13 July 2022.

Following these purchases of shares by the EBT, a total of 1,188,373 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.3% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
