Director Shareholding
The Mission Marketing Group plc ("the Company", AIM: TMMG), the national marketing communications and advertising group,was informed on 11 May 2012 by Dylan Bogg, an Executive Director of the Company and CEO of Big Communications, that on 11 May 2012 he purchased 33,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Dylan Bogg's interest in the Company is 1,358,323 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.87% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company was also informed on 14 May 2012 by Bruce Huton, an Executive Director of the Company and CEO of Bray Leino, that on 14 May 2012 he acquired 6,175 Ordinary Shares at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Bruce Hutton's interest in the Company is 1,725,038 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.38% of the Company's issued share capital.
