Vocare awarded key contract extensions worth c. £4.1 million

Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK, is pleased to announce that it has secured a number of contract extensions (the "Extensions") through its wholly owned subsidiary Vocare Limited ("Vocare"), one of the UK's leading national specialist providers of urgent care services. The Extensions are worth a total of c.£4.1 million.

Vocare will continue to provide urgent care services to NHS Sunderland CCG ("Sunderland CCG") via Bunny Hill, Washington and Houghton Urgent Care Centres where each contract has been extended for a further 7 months to 31 March 2019 for a total value of £2.1m.

Vocare will also continue to provide urgent care services to NHS East Leicestershire CCG through the East Leicestershire and Rutland Urgent Care Centres. This contract has been extended for a further 12 months to 31 March 2019 to the value of £1.8m.

Finally, Vocare will continue to provide Out of Hours dental triage services for the North of Tyne and Tees. These two contracts have each been extended by a further 12 months for a combined value of £181,000.

Premier Physical Healthcare and Optimum Physiotherapy - occupational physiotherapy to NHS, prisons and the police force as well as private clients
