Grant of Options
The Board of Totally (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, announces the grant of a total of 350,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Options") to the Company's Executive Directors on 11 November 2015 (the "Grant Date").
The Options have an exercise price of 44 p per share, being the closing mid-market price of Ordinary Shares on 11 November 2015. The Options will vest on the third anniversary of the Grant Date and will expire on the tenth anniversary of the Grant Date. The Options have been granted under the Company's EMI approved share option scheme ("EMI Approved Options") and the Company's unapproved share option scheme ("Non-EMI Approved Options").
The Options issued to Executive Directors are detailed below:
