Total Voting Rights
The Board of Totally Plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, announces that the Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement consists of 397,617,450 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), each carrying the right to one vote, and 226,124,615 deferred shares of 0.9 pence each. The deferred shares are non-voting, are not admitted to trading on AIM and are not entitled to any participation in the profits or the assets of the Company. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the company is 397,617,450.
The above figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
